1990 年、作家・早坂暁氏に見出されミュージカル「ナースステーション」で初舞台を踏んだ後、

映画「桜の園」で当時一世を風靡していた中原俊監督のオーディションでCM ガールに抜擢され、映画に開眼。

まもなく高橋伴明監督のオーディションでもヒロインに抜擢され、映画「人間交差点」でスクリーンデビュー。

その後、映画やテレビドラマに数多く出演し、キネマ旬報「がんばれ！日本映画スクリーンを彩る若手女優たち」のひとりに選ばれる。

MEGUMI MORISAKI determines to become from three years old the actress, and starts the ballet training from four years old. She works diligently to studies while keeping training up to 18 years old, and the stage debuts at the age of 19. It performs to the movie and the TV drama afterwards a lot.
Moreover, she positively participates in the film festival, and exchanges it with a lot of cineasts regardless of the country.
She is vegan vegitarian, and her hobby is a kitchen garden. And, it aims at the permaculture.
